Overview
At Luxe Panda Beauty, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order so you know what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives at your door.

Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Please note the following regarding fulfillment:
● Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day
● During high-volume periods (promotions, launches, holiday seasons), fulfillment may take up to 5 business days
● You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

⏱ Fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery window is fulfillment (3–5 business days) plus shipping (5–10 business days).

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to our shipping carrier, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
